I’ve been on holiday but me and my boys will always find a place to watch it.

“I’m surprised more Celtic teams haven’t won the Treble, especially in recent seasons, but this side have been convincing with their work.

“So we’re huge underdogs and that’s not me trying to be clever, it’s a fact.”

Dons have lost five times to Celtic this season, including a painfully onesided Betfred Cup Final, the memory of which still cuts McInnes deep.

But he said: “We can win it – but it’ll be tough. We’ll have to produce an almost perfect performanc­e. If we can ask questions of them, get ourselves in front, the pressure of them chasing the Treble may well come into play.
