Insurance saga over

Securing a refund from his insurer turned into quite a saga for Robert Miller.

His policy had automatically renewed despite him requesting that it didn’t.

But Saga Group returned the premiums plus £50 to say sorry to Robert, of Galston, Ayrshire.
