It’s great to have Poldark back on TV. Cornwall looks smashing, all those crashing waves and galloping horses at the edge of dramatic sea cliffs. Even Demelza’s wind-tussled hair looks great.

If only they would ditch the wooden acting and silly dialogue, it would be perfect. – M Smyth, Glasgow. I’m one of those Labour voters who didn’t like Jeremy Corbyn that much as a leader. The full truth has yet to come out about the Grenfell tragedy but it’s becoming clear that, along the line,
