Tragedy of biker, 83

An 83-year- old cyclist has died in hospital following a road accident.

Jean Watson suffered a serious head injury when she collided with a car on Glasgow’s Cumbernauld Road on Thursday morning. She later died at the city’s QEU hospital.

Police have asked for help tracing any relatives of Jean, who lived in Chryston.
