Loan hinges on your bank

I took out a loan to buy a new kitchen. Six months later there are problems with hinges and the build quality is poor. The installers have gone bust but I am left to pay for five years. Is there anything I can do? Speak to the bank. If you have connected finance, they are jointly and severally liable under s75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and must intervene. But if you took out a personal loan there is little you can do. WHAT WE EXPECTED..
