He added: “Thi s i nve s t i gat ion ha s concluded and resulted in t he i nd iv idua l returning to work.
“Although we cannot provide details around the invest igation ddue tto confidentiality issues, we can state that the complaint was not relating to any aspect of patient care at the Golden Jubilee.”
He added: “In 2013, a member of staff from the Golden Jubilee was suspended following a complaint. The investigation was concluded and resulted in the individual returning to work.”
NHSN Ayrshire and A r r a n , wh o run Crosshouse,Cro said: “While thisthi individual visited to carryca out clinics, they werewe never employed by NHSNH Ayrshire and Arran.
“Four years ago, we receivedid a complaint and took appropriate and immediate action.”
Asif was not available at his home yesterday. His wife Shefali Chowdhury said: “I don’t know anything about this.”
