Ross Tokely hailed his Brora Rangers heroes as they pulled off a Cup shock with Steven Mackay’s late goal giving them a 1- 0 win at Stranraer.

The ex-Inverness defender has been involved in his own Cup upsets and was part of the team that famously beat Celtic at Parkhead 17 years ago.

The Brora boss said: “I’m very proud of the players.

“I have played with them and I’m now manager and it is about execution. Josh Mul l in whipped in a corner after 21 minutes which Glens failed to clear, allowing Mackin to slam home a volley.
