Lollipop lady robber held

A man has been arrested and charged after a lollipop lady was robbed during the school run.

The alleged incident happened when the 36-year-old woman was at work in Millgate Road in Hamilton at about 3.30pm on Tuesday.

A 34-year-old man is expected to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court tomorrow.
