Scottish Power took £5000 from Hanna Brand’s bank account by mistake after they messed up her final bill.
She was hit with bank charges but couldn’t get the energy giants to cover them, despite involving the Ombudsman.
But when I got on the case, Scottish Power apologised and paid Hanna, of Kirkcaldy, £150.
