Jen Aisle be there for you, Courteney
Jennifer Aniston is to be Courteney Cox’s maid of honour when she walks down the aisle this summer.
The actress is helping her former Friends co- star Courteney organise her marriage to Snow Patrol guitarist Johnny McDaid.
A source said: “Courteney and Jennifer are thick as thieves and have got even closer in recent months.
“Cour teney wouldn’t want to walk down the aisle without Jennifer by her side.”
The pair have been pals for more than 20 years. Courteney, 53, was maid of honour when Jennifer, 49, tied the knot with Justin Theroux, 46, in 2015.
Since the couple split in February, Courteney has been Jennifer’s “rock”.
Courteney and Johnny, 41, began dating in 2013. They separated for a time but reunited in 2016.
They plan to say their vows in Johnny’s home town of Derry. They will then travel to Malibu, California, for a lavish beach ceremony.
The insider added that Courteney was planning an “ultra posh” do stateside as Johnny prefers a “stylish but simple” one in Northern Ireland.
The bride- to- be wants Jennifer to be maid of honour at both events.
And the wedding singer is expected to be Ed Sheeran, who introduced the couple.
Courteney is ordering outfits by Jenny Packham, Vera Wang and Zuhair Murad for her big days – two wedding dresses and two to wear at the receptions.
