Damien Harrier described how drug addictAlaaddictAlan Brown – who has 666 tattooed on his necneck – lunged at him with the blade after he ccaught him raiding his garage. Serial ooffender Brown, 38, warned he had HepHepatitis C and had covered the weapon wwith his blood before launching the assauassault.
But DamienDam revealed how the terrifying incidenincident triggered a fight- or- f light resporesponse, which ended with the thief needneeding possible plastic surgery. TThe 26- year- old said: “I was mamaking sure the house was shut dowdown before going to bed when I heheard a bang in my garage. I went to check it out and found this guy ststanding inside with a knife.
“He was really aggressive and told mme he had Hepatitis C and it was hihis blood on the blade. I asked him to calm down but he charged at me. “Fight or flight kicked in and I ggrabbed him. I just wanted to mmake sure the knife stayed away frfrom me. He ran away but my neneighbour is elderly and he was trytrying to jump over his fence.” DDamien, who has broken powerliftilifting records, added: “I punched him a couple of times. I was trying to keep the knife away and keep him away from my neighbour’s house. “I mmanaged to disarm him and call the policpolice. He eventually calmed down
