Tiger kills zookeeper

A tiger has k i l led a zookeeper in a horror attack in front of visitors.

The 55-year- old victim died in an enclosure at Zurich’s zoo yesterday.

Circumstances of the attack were sti l l under investigation, police said.

Zoo director Severin Dressen said it was unclear why the tiger and the zookeeper were in the enclosure at the same time.

A zoo visitor reported the attack and Dressen said witnesses were receiving psychological counselling.
