MY PERFECT SUNDAY

- By Linda Barker

I like to pack as much as I can into a Sunday. Ideally I’d do a yoga session first thing, that would leave me feeling brilliant, then I’d go home and catch up with the rest of the family.

I’d have coffee and then walk through Battersea Park with our dog to the Pear Tree Cafe which is perfect for breakfast.

I’d love a couple of hours at London markets and boot fairs, I’m always upcycling stuff. I’d then spend a couple of hours cooking a late Sunday lunch and inviting people over. If it’s summer we’d be in the garden. I love gardening and on my ideal Sunday I’d have bought a few plants at Columbia Road Flower Market.

We’d probably go for a walk along the Thames Path, we love it and so does our lurcher.

And in the evening I’d catch up with box sets. I’m a big fan of Netflix.
