Teen forced into back of car & beaten

THE police are asking for witnesses to come forward after a teenager was bundled into the back of a car in West Belfast and beaten.

Detectives at Musgrave are investigating the assault on the 17-year-old which happened last Sunday.

They say they are interested to hear from anyone who saw a black car in the area of Cullingtree Road at around 2am on May 14.

Detective Sergeant Sloan said: “We believe that around this time, a young man was and bundled into the back of a blackcoloured car before being beaten around the head and body.

“Anyone who can help us... should contact the nonemergency number 101.”
