CYCLIST Adam Marr was hailed a hero after talking a depressed woman out of killing herself.
When Adam, 24, spotted the desperate woman lying in the path of oncoming traffic he spent 10 minutes persuading her to move to safety.
Then he
waited with her for 20 minutes until emergency services arrived.
His good deed in Manchester city centre was snapped by passerby Samantha Caine, who launched a social media appeal to find the Good Samaritan.
Adam was branded a hero as his photo went viral but he downplayed the incident, saying: “It was a natural reaction to stop and help. She was very
upset and confused.
“I was just trying to keep her calm.”
