MY PERFECT SUNDAY

I love spending time with the family, but unfortunately my perfect Sunday, where everyone gets together, only happens once a month due to my work commitments.

A perfect Sunday starts with me waking up and heading out to pick up a McDonald’s breakfast for my wife and four children.

While they are eating that, I go out for a run. Then we all get ready to go for Sunday lunch with my parents, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

After that we all head to our local pub to watch the 4pm Premier League game and have a few drinks.

I am riding in a charity horse race in November so I’m trying to lose weight.

After putting the kids to bed, I’ll go through my diary and reply to emails to start the week with no backlog.
