Amir Khan gets back with wife after public split

Divorce is off despite claims of affairs

AMIR Khan is back with his wife Faryal two months after he filed for divorce following a bitter public split.

The ex-light-welterweight world champ, 30, revealed the reunion yesterday by tweeting a picture of Faryal snuggling into his arms.

He captioned it: “With my 4 month pregnant wife, after sorting out all the issues. Closing the year with a happy ending.”

Bolton-born Khan, 30, and New York model Faryal, 26, split three months ago in a high-profile war of words, involving members of their families and adultery claims on both sides. Khan accused Faryal of an affair with world heavyweight champ Anthony Joshua, 28, before later admitting there was “no truth” in that. Faryal, who has a daughter of three with Khan after they wed in 2013, also accused his Pakistani parents of bullying her for being a “bad Muslim”. A tape of Khan doing a sex act to a webcam while chatting to a model was leaked to a US porn site. He and Faryal went on TV to say it was made before they met.

Khan, worth £23million, filed for divorce saying: “I had to find out she was pregnant on social media.”
