Poker ace in satnav error death smash
A PROFESSIONAL poker player died in a crash amid heavy fog when a car’s satnav failed.
Emma Fryer, from Alsager in Cheshire, was in the Czech Republic for last Sunday’s World Series of Poker Europe Tournament.
A pal was driving in poor weather when the satnav failed to register a roundabout and they did not see a concrete post. Emma, 42, was killed instantly in last Saturday’s accident and the driver is in hospital.
Mum Sheila Waring, 60, said: “It was such a shock.”
