Roman is in no rush
CHELSEA are likely to wait until the end of the season to replace Director of Football Michael Emenalo.
Emenalo left last week and there has been talk of a return for Frank Lampard, John Terry, Didier Drogba and Ashley Cole to fill the role.
But owner Roman Abramovich is not known for knee-jerk reactions and will also consult with board members, such as Marina Granovskaia and Director-Secretary David Barnard.
Granovskaia was at Cobham last week to make an assessment of the work Emenalo put into his role.
She will report back this week, but indications are that Granovskaia and Barnard will take over the role until May.
