BRUNO: AJ’S KING OF THE WILD

- BY NICK OWENS

BOXING hero Frank Bruno has tipped Anthony Joshua to triumph over Deontay Wilder – if he continues to live his life the right way.

The pair are tipped to go head-to-head next year in a contest currently being thrashed out by promoter Eddie Hearn. And Big Frank thinks the Brit will come out on top in the super-bout.

The former world heavyweight champion (right) said: “Anthony is a very serious guy who trains hard and lives his life the right way. If he continues to do that he can go and beat Deontay. But Wilder is a very dangerous opponent. He is unpredictable and has incredible power so Anthony will have to be at his very best to come out on top.”

But for Bruno there’s another contest he’d like to see even more. “Everyone would love to see Anthony Joshua against Tyson Fury,” he said. “It would be the biggest fight for many years in this country. A fit Tyson Fury would give Anthony all sorts of problems.”

Frank’s new book Let Me Be Frank is out now.
