Sex scandals ‘are Trump’s plot against Hollywood’
Lady V’s wild conspiracy theory
TELLY star Lady Victoria Hervey claims the Harvey Weinstein scandal was a secret plot engineered by US President Donald Trump.
In a wild theory, she suggests the US President leaked sex claims because he thinks Hollywood is against him.
Reality TV star Victoria even says many of the women who spoke out against disgraced producer Weinstein, 65, are “bitter” because he refused to give them acting parts.
Weinstein has been accused of harassment by a string of A-listers
– including Gwyneth
Paltrow, Kate Beckinsale and Angelina Jolie
– as well as rape and assault.
Former model Victoria, 41
– now based in the US – says: “A lot of people have been saying the Hollywood witch-hunt has been instigated by Trump’s Government because they know Hollywood is not a fan of his.
“I went to lots of Harvey’s events and saw girls following him around, obsessed with him. They threw themselves at him. It was a bit of both.
“There were girls pretty much stalking him, gate-crashing his events. They probably did whatever with him and thought ‘I’m going to be a movie star now’. Then they didn’t get the part and now they’re bitter.
“They’re all jumping on the bandwagon. There’s a lot of producers out there who are super slimey and do all this stuff and are way worse than Harvey Weinstein. They are not legit film makers and don’t make good movies.” Victoria, who appears on ITV2’s Celebrity Showmance later this month, also tells how she was promised acting roles and turned down a part in a hit film because the director wanted “other things in exchange”.
She says: “When I first got here there was a director who was promising me parts. He made it clear he wanted me as a girlfriend.
“He’d always try to come on to me, show up at my flat.
“He was promising me parts in other projects and made it clear he wanted something else. I wasn’t up for that so it didn’t happen.”
