Andrew all set to play the Gar-field ...with men too InStyle EE Rising Star
Hearts will be beating faster after British movie hunk Andrew Garfield revealed he is open to a gay experience.
The 34-year-old actor reflected on his sexuality as he spoke about playing a gay man for his Broadway debut in a new production of Angels in America.
He says: “Up until this point, I’ve only been sexually attracted to women.
“My stance toward life though is that I always try to surrender to the mystery of not being in charge.
“I think most people, we’re intrinsically trying to control our experience here, and manage it and put walls around what we are and who we are.
“I want to know as much of the garden as possible before I pass – I have an openness to any impulses that may arise within me at any time.”
Definitely time to ditch the labels... UPBEAT DJ Maya tells me she’s looking forward to her new Radio 1 gig
RIFT GREEN WITH ENVY Professor STRICTLY SINGLE Emily The irrepressible Maya Jama took to
the decks at the swanky London bash, having just
flown in from the Super Bowl in the US.
And the 23-year-old DJ tells me she
can’t wait to start her new job at BBC Radio 1.
Maya, the better half of grime king Stormzy, says: “I’m really excited, I’m their youngest DJ as well. I’ll be doing it on Friday and Saturdays.” When I asked if she will
be paid the same as her male colleagues, she
adds: “I’m sure I will be.”
The party was to celebrate the 2018
EE British Academy Film Awards, which
take place in London next week.
Professor Green, 34, who was there
with girlfriend Fae Williams, refused to talk
about any of his upcoming plans. I bet he’s
gutted he won’t be getting an invite to the
royal wedding as his ex, Millie Mackintosh,
is best pals with Meghan Markle.
Meanwhile, TV presenter Rochelle
Humes, 28, was glued to the dance floor as she enjoyed a night off from mum duties.
She says: “Things are amazing but it is always just a juggle.
I’m used to it now – we are women.”
The Inbetweeners actress Emily Atack,
28, shut down rumours of a romance with Strictly star Giovanni Pernice,
27, saying: “I’m single and I’ve always been single.” NIGHT OFF Rochelle
