FOREVER LOOKS TO BE SO PRETTY

-

THE Epsom Oaks heroine Forever Together can notch up a second top level success in the Group 1 Juddmonte Pretty Polly Stakes at the Curragh this afternoon.

The Galileo filly was a three race maiden heading into Epsom but she took her form to another level with a terrific display.

She dominated the closing stages of the race to win with plenty to spare and looks to have been found a straight forward opportunity to add to her big race haul.

The drop back to ten furlongs will be no problem for her and as a daughter of Galileo she should be quite at home on the ground.

Aidan O’Brien (inset) could easily end the day with five winners and his Giuseppe Garibaldi is the choice in the Group 2

Curragh Cup.

He has been progressing well recently and comes here off a fine third to Old Persian at Royal Ascot.

The longer trip of this race should suit and he can deal with the challenge of Gordon Elliott’s Ascot hero Pallasator.

O’Brien also holds a strong hand in the Group 3 Grangecon Stud Stakes where So Perfect is the clear choice following her fine fourth in last week’s Queen Mary Stakes.

Elsewhere Massif Central gets the vote in the mile handicap following a very encouraging comeback third to Saltonstall over this course and distance on Guineas Weekend.

His trainer Michael Halford may also strike with Ahlan Bin Zain for whom promising apprentice Ben Coen is a fascinating booking in the seven furlong handicap.
