Corrie’s Jack in giant rat attack

CORRIE star Jack P Shepherd says a giant rat attacked him while he put out his bins.

The David Platt actor, 32, said the rodent jumped on his neck and then slithered down his body.

Speaking on his Sofa Cinema Club podcast with co-stars Colson Smith and Ben Price, he said: “A rat attacked me. I was putting the bins out.

“I’ve told you before about the infestation of the rats in my area. Big rats. This is nighttime, about 10.30pm or 11pm at night.

“I was pulling the wheelie bins out and as I’m dragging them up the street there must have been a rat in the bin. He’s gone to leap out of the bin and he’s jumped on my f***ing neck! Behind my neck!

“I thought someone was tapping me on the shoulder, it was that big.

“He slithered down my body and rolled on to the floor. A great, fat b ***** d rat. Massive. Slimy. I took all my clothes off and had to get a shower.”
