Children at risk as drugs gangs return

COUNTY lines drugs gangs are “back to full operation” and exploiting youngsters, the Children’s Commissioner warns.

Anne Longfield said the lockdown led to a “small dip” in criminal operations but she wants to see more done to protect children at risk of gang exploitation.
