THREE parish councillors booted off a Zoom meeting that went viral after it descended into chaos had skipped the chance to attend “conduct training”.
Chairman Brian Tolver, vice-chair Aled Brewerton and Barry Burkhill did not attend the training session, laid on for Handforth Parish Council.
It was run by Jackie Weaver before the Cheshire group’s heated meeting in December, watched by millions.

But she added: “Guess who didn’t attend the training? Brian Tolver, Aled Brewerton, Barry Burkhill.”
She became an online hero after she was screamed at during the Zoom meeting – and calmly booted all three off the call.
SHOCK rocker Marilyn Manson took female fans back to his tour bus after a UK gig and made them strip in a warped sex game, it has been claimed.
One fan who was on it claims he rated girls’ chests after allegedly giving them alcohol and telling them to take off their tops.
Photographer Erica Von Stein, 29, says she was picked out of the crowd along with other good-looking fans then escorted on to Manson’s tour bus by his minders.
She hid at the back to avoid the attention of the make-up-free Manson as he pointed at women and told them to strip.
Erica said: “He said he wanted to see who had the best t*ts and ass. Everyone was a bit surprised. He made it feel normalised, like it was fun. He was surrounded by older people and he was domineering. I don’t think anyone felt they could say no.”
We spoke to two other women on the bus. One said: “The girls were coerced into it while tipsy. It was an abuse of power.”
The goth singer’s career was left in tatters this week after his ex, actress Evan Rachel Wood, claimed he “horrifically” abused her.
At least 10 other women have since accused him of sexual violence, gaslighting and brainwashing.
Erica’s account alleges Manson targeted young British fans during his 2012 Twins of Evil tour.
Manson, 52, allegedly used a meet-and-greet to “single out” women to invite to his aftershow party. Manson, real name Brian Hugh Warner, denies all allegations of abuse claiming they are “distortions of reality”.
But he has a reputation for depraved fantasies, once boasting of urinating on a deaf fan covered in meat.
Erica, from West London, said Manson “looked like a regular guy”, offering out drinks while a female partner and “older groupies, nobody under 30” were chatting.
Erica said: “All of a sudden he wanted to play a game. He didn’t force anyone. He caught us off-guard. They stood there while he commented on their boobs and bums. Bras came off but I think pants stayed on.
“His partner at the time had a dress on and pulled it to one side so her chest was out. She wasn’t wearing a bra.”
Erica and her boyfriend left: “My instinct was to get the f*** out of there.”
Another woman on the bus said Manson felt her breasts and asked if they were “natural”. The 28-year-old said: “I was insecure about my boobs so felt better when he said that. My friend won because hers were larger. I didn’t want to be prudish. I was thinking ‘this is a once in a lifetime chance’.”
A third woman, 19 at the time, was given an after-show pass by an assistant and said she “went along” with her idol’s game. She said: “I was shy, but he flattered me. He touched my breasts. Later I felt gross but I told myself it was just typical rock star behaviour. I blamed myself. It took me years to accept that it was inappropriate.”
She wants to raise awareness of his “exploitative behaviour”.

Evan, 33, spoke out.
In 2018, she gave evidence of abuse to the
US Congress in an effort to gain rights for sex assault victims. She said she had “woken up to the man that claimed to love me raping what he believed to be my unconscious body”. This week she named Manson as her abuser.
He denies all claims. In 1998 book The Long Hard Road Out of
Hell, he spoke about urinating on a
“pretty” deaf fan with “huge t*ts” at his studio. He and bandmates covered her naked body in meat. Manson wrote: “She was very excited to be part of it.”
Ex-wife Dita Von Teese, 48, this week said: “The details made public do not match my personal experience during our seven years together. Had they, I would not have married him.” Goth-rocker Manson is worth an estimated £7.2million, having sold around 50 million records globally.
