Love Island pal’s hopes after fiery Ekin-Su break-up

BY HALINA WATTS Showbiz Editor ITALIAN Love Island hunk Davide Sanclimenti should pair up with Paige Thorne or Tasha Ghouri after his blistering break -up, says his best pal.

Davide and Ekin-Su Cülcüloglu ended their “coupling” in a blazing row on Friday night – with Davide bitterly telling the actress: “I actually don’t give a s*** about you.”

The feud came after Ekin-Su, 27, and newcomer Jay Younger, 28, held secret meetings on the terrace, sharing kisses behind Davide’s back.

Davide’s best pal Fabrizio Gulino, 28, said: “At first I thought Davide and Ekin-Su were the perfect match… he loves a fiery girl.

“I expected Davide not to jump straight in, he’s always been cautious with girls. Ekin-Su had the right to kiss Jay – but she should have been clear with Davide. Now he needs to move on.

“Paige or Tasha would be an interesting match.” After Davide, 27, found out about Ekin-Su and Jay’s kiss he yelled across the villa at the actress: “They’re gonna give you an Oscar!”

A seething Ekin-Su told the girls: “He’s acting like he cares now. What the hell?”

After overhearing her, Davide shouted: “Look, still acting!” Ekin-Su stormed over and raged at him: “Do you want to show off more in front of the boys, Mr Perfect Body?”

Paige, 24, is coupled with rugby ace Jacques O’Neill, 23, while Tasha, 23, is lovedup with Andrew Le Page, 27.

Davide might not have much luck with Paige, who told Ekin-Su: “No man talks to a girl like that… and especially in front of a crowd.”

Fabrizio reckons businessman pal Davide will easily charm another of the girls – but should be more open. He said: “I’d say to him, save your feelings for someone who appreciates them. Perhaps also be more emotionally open with the girl you’d pair up with.

“Under that sculpted body there’s a lovely, very interesting man.

“And if he cares about you, he’ll go out of his way to be there for you.”

But if no one picks Davide in tonight’s recoupling, he could be dumped from the villa. Friday’s episode ended on a cliffhanger, with the credits rolling as new bombshell Danica Taylor, 21, was about to make her pick of the boys.
