British Food Fortnight kicked off yesterday in the midst of the storm whipped up by the move of the Great British Bake Off. Fans of the TV series can get up close to some of Bake Off ’s winners and contestants at the Cake and Bake Shows held this autumn at Excel London (October 7-9) and Event City Manchester (November 10-13).
