Wayne hates fame game He’ll want out of there, says wife Frankie

STAY-AT-HOME dad Wayne Bridge hates being famous and shuns the limelight, according to his wife.

Saturdays singer Frankie says of the ex-Chelsea star’s jungle stint that he’ll want to “get out of there” as soon as possible.

Since retiring from football two years ago, Wayne, 36, has been taking care of their sons, Parker, three, and Carter, one.

Frankie, 27, reveals how he doesn’t like being recognised and said: “Wayne has no interest in being on TV, having his picture taken or being a celebrity.

“It’s one of the thingsg I like about him. He comes from a time when social media didn’t exist at the start of his career. r.

“It’s really nice that Wayne’s not travelling lling with his football. We e can both do the nurseryy run and watch the boys ys at sports day. We’re lucky.ky.

“Not many coupless get to do that – the boys are fortunate to have us both around.

“Wayne’s a great dad, he does all the playfighti­ng. They won’t sit and read a book or watch Peppa Pig – they’re always moving.”

Wayne also has a 10-year-old son, Jaydon, from his previous relationsh­ip with model Vanessa Peroncel.

Speaking at the Marie Curie Feel Super salon, Frankie said she didn’t think she and Wayne would have any more children.

“I’m not fussed about having a little girl,” she said. “I’m happy with my two boys for now. I always assumed I’d have boys.

“Wayne and I make time to do things togeth together, just the two of us. We’re lucky that grandparen­ts are close by.” This week Wayne broke down in the I’m A Celeb camp, saying: “Not being able to call my children to see how they are... I find it really hard. I miss them loads.”
