d down too well with ex-wife Carla, 41. Our source said: “When Carla first heard about Jeremy and Vicky she hit the roof. She didn’t see it coming. But Jeremy hopes they can move on and have an amicable relationship for their children.” The smitten pair are planning to return to the Caribbean but this time as a couple. Their friend said: “They’re looking forward to more holidays in Barbados this year – where Jeremy has a house. “Vicky was over there before Christmas with her parents, co- ordinating the renovation. Jeremy gets on really well with Vicky’s parents. They have met him many times and go to his golf day he holds every year for Help For Heroes. They think he’s a good match for their daughter.

“Jeremy and Vicky are pleased people know about their relationship. It’s done them a favour as they don’t need to creep around any more.

“Jeremy wants to take his dad to the West Indies for the cricket tour later this month to take his mind off his bereavement. He’s asked Vicky if she fancies going along.”

The star announced he and second wife Carla had broken up 18 months ago, saying said they had “separated amicably”. Days later it was reported Carla had enjoyed a “passionate affair” with England Polo player James Carr, 26, while Jeremy was away filming the US version of The Jeremy Kyle Show. In January 2016, a newly-divorced Jeremy said finding love was not on his agenda. “Kids and work – that’s it. I promise you,” he said. “Literally that. I’ve thrown myself into work, that has kept me going. I appreciate all the support.”

If you’ve left the car unattended on the road, your case is shaky, but if it’s on your driveway, it’s not that simple. Factors like whether you have a gate, if your driveway is visible and how close you were to your car can all help you stand a better chance of claiming.

As soon as you’ve reported the matter to the police, note down as much as you can about what happened. The more information you give, the better your chance of winning.

And the best advice of all? Buy a thermos and a good pair of gloves and stay with the car – it could save you a fortune.
