MY MONSTER EX PUT OUR SEX PHOTOS ON FACEBOOK

SUNDAY MIRROR

- BY COURTNEY GREATREX

A REVENGE porn victim has blasted the “monster” who sent intimate snaps of her to 150 people including her boss.

Jodie Pashley, 24, was humiliated when spurned Heroy Bygraves hijacked her Facebook page to share pictures taken during their 30-month relationship. She was so embarrassed she quit work because she could no longer face colleagues. Bygraves uploaded the images after Jodie dumped him feeling “suffocated” by his possessive jealousy. Speaking after the 31-year-old was jailed for 14 months for distributing private photos, she said: “I want people to know what a monster he was and that he was capable of such a horrible act.”

Bygraves logged into Jodie’s page just hours after a court gave him a community order for cutting up clothes she had left at their old home. On previous occasions he had ranted at her in a shop and slashed her tyres. Jodie, of Margate, Kent, said: “I was having a drink with my mum when my phone buzzed with people asking about the photos on Facebook. My heart dropped.

“I want others to learn from this and be careful what they send in the internet age.”

you should always read the T&Cs to know your rights.

T&Cs have expanded to the length of War and Peace. Firms aren’t allowed to bury key facts in them. If a term is fundamentally important, it should be flagged up (insurers have key facts documents to do this). If it isn’t, you could have been misled.

You entered into a contract and must pay the money.

Life can throw a spanner in the works. If you get into difficulties, speak up. The lender should try to give you a little breathing space with charges or talk you through your options. If they don’t, get in touch with Resolver. In Grit your teeth and pay it.

Why did your fuel provider let it go on so long? They might be willing to reduce the bill. Get them to talk you through what they can do to help with energy saving options.

Whatever the issue, don’t suffer in silence. Contact Resolver and we’ll help sort it.
