Koeman: We’re here for Seamus

SEAMUS COLEMAN is facing at least six months out following surgery on his double leg break.

The Republic of Ireland and Everton full-back yesterday had an operation after he suffered tibia and fibula fractures to his right leg in a challenge with Wales defender Neil Taylor in the 0-0 draw on Friday.

Coleman’s Everton manager Ronald Koeman said: “Seamus will face a lengthy recovery period and we will support him throughout this.

“We will be here to help him get through this.”
