A scan for Anderson

ENGLAND pace bowler James Anderson will have a scan tomorrow on a groin injury which forced him out of Lancashire’s County game with Yorkshire. Anderson failed to return to action after he limped off clutching his right groin midway through his sixth over on Friday. The England paceman did not feature again yesterday and it is understood that the 34-year-old will have a scan tomorrow. England’s first summer Test is against South Africa on July 6.
