Ibiza holiday is no party!

Some of my Loose Women colleagues have persuaded me to join them on a muchneeded break in Ibiza this week.

I’ve never been to the party island before and the idea of lying in the sun, sipping a cool drink and having a little dance with my mates sounded great.

But don’t get too jealous. Because what I’ve actually let myself in for is a hardcore bootcamp with no gluten, sugar or alcohol but plenty of early morning runs before breakfast and hourly exercise sessions throughout the day.

I’m ready to give it the boot before I’ve even started. Wish me luck!
