In two small bowls or glasses, layer two tablespoon­s of Granola, then 25g of the fruit, followed by two tablespoon­s of yoghurt. Add another layer of each ingredient to the bowls and eat immediatel­y. You can defrost the frozen fruit the night before but I like to eat from frozen – the berries chill the Greek yoghurt, giving it an ice-cream-like consistenc­y.
