Lay out the wraps and top with a portion of the Sticky Pork and Aubergine along the centre of each. Toss ed cabbage and tomatoes together in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper and coriander. Distribute the salad evenly down the centre of each wrap. Place foil under each wrap. Roll up and enjoy.
