Pour in the breadcrumb mix and stir-fry for three–four minutes until golden, then cool on a plate. Add the spaghetti to the saucepan of salted boiling water. Cook for 10–12 minutes, until al dente. Bring another saucepan of water to the boil. With four minutes to go on the pasta time, plunge the broccoli florets into the boiling water for three minutes, then drain and return to the pan. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the broccoli. Mince the final clove of garlic.
