GET ME £100M KANE

Ronaldo could be staying at the Bernabeu, Mourinho has urged his employers to make Spurs an offer they can’t refuse for longtime target Kane.

He is also trying to close out a £60m deal for Real Madrid forward Alvaro Morata (right).

Tottenham insist they will not listen to any bids for their England star, but a mind-blowing offer of Ronaldo proportions – in the region of £100m – would certainly give Spurs chairman Daniel Levy food for thought.

Mourinho is a huge fan of England striker Kane and believes United should pay whatever it costs to land him.

The Special One believes a strike force of Kane and Morata would enormously enhance United’s Premier League title ambitions more than Ronaldo’s arrival in the twilight of his career.

Mourinho is also pushing to conclude a deal for Inter Milan midfielder Ivan Perisic in his bid for the title next season.

Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic is also on his radar.
