Arrest over stab deaths of 2 women

A MAN aged 27 has been arrested on suspicion of the murders of a mum and daughter stabbed to death.

Joshua Cohen was held after the women, aged 33 and 66, were found with serious injuries at home. They died at the scene.

Cohen was known to his victims, of Golders Green, North London, said police.

The women died on Friday night and Cohen was arrested yesterday after an appeal.

Det Insp Ian Lott, of the Metropolitan Police, said: “A member of the public alerted police to a sighting. Officers moved to detain and arrest the man wanted for questioning. Our investigation is ongoing.”
