Police clear millionaire of bus shove
A BANKER arrested on suspicion of being a jogger caught on camera pushing a woman in front of a bus has been released.
Lawyers for millionaire Eric Bellquist proved he was in the US at the time and police have eliminated him from their inquiry.
The 41-year-old, of Chelsea, West London, was held on suspicion of causing GBH on Putney Bridge on May 5 at 7.40am.
Footage showed the bus swerve to narrowly avoid the 33-year-old, who suffered minor injuries.
Police said: “Inquiries continue.” The jogger is described as white, early to mid thirties, with brown eyes and short brown hair.
