X Factor’s finalists in good Nic

NICOLE Scherzinger feels she pays a high price for her fame – but last night it was worth it.

Here the sultry 39-year-old X Factor judge poses in South Africa, with the three wannabes she has picked for the series’ live shows.

Nicole, helped by grime star Stormzy, picked Matt Linnen, left, Tracy Leanne Jefford and Kevin Davy White for a shot at the title.

But the judge has said she has made personal sacrifices in her search for success, and the fame game has left her lonely.

Hinting her two-year relationship with tennis star boyfriend Grigor Dimitrov, 26, may be on the rocks, she said it’s tough when she has to travel around the world for work.

She admitted: “It is hard, I’m not going to lie. It can be lonely. I’m always on the road, I’m always by myself. I think anybody in this industry feels lonely.”

Her love trouble comes almost three months after the couple took a romantic break in Capri, Italy.

Nicole dated Formula 1 ace Lewis Hamilton on and off for seven years before splitting in 2015.

She said: “This has been a very transitional year for me, career-wise and personal. Anybody who is successful in what they do is making sacrifices. It’s juggling and finding the balance.”

Nicole is the only judge yet to commit to next year’s X Factor and said she may quit the show for her music. Or perhaps she wants to be more in tune with her love life?
