Vile uncle, 17, shares vid of baby attacks

A TEENAGE uncle who sexually assaulted his baby nephew and sent footage of the abuse to a paedophile in the U.S. was sentenced to four years’ custody.

The 17-year-old carried out sex acts on the 18-month toddler, who referred to him as “dada”.

The defendant, who had an IQ of 59, admitted sex abuse of a child under 13 and recording it.

At Truro crown court, Cornwall, Judge Simon Carr gave him four years in a centre with “required treatment”, followed by five years’ monitoring.

Judge Carr said: “You bonded with your nephew. and breached that trust in the most terrible way.”
