DAVID Beckham says he does not regret any of his tattoos – but he reckons son Brooklyn might.

The photography student this week appeared to be nearing double figures already since turning 18 in March.

Los Angeles tattoo artist Dr Woo shared a photo on Instagram that showed a large cupid across Brooklyn’s chest – and another mystery inking on his left side.

Footie legend Becks, 42, is thought to have more than 50 – his first being Brooklyn’s own name on his lower back.

But the dad of four said of avoiding fashion pitfalls: “Thankfully I don’t feel I’ve made any with my tattoos. My son’s started and I’m sure he’ll make mistakes.

“But it’s part and parcel of life and being creative. That’s something you can’t stop someone doing, it holds them back.”

Brooklyn’s tattoos include a camera on his arm and the word Click on his shutter finger, along with the legend “Mama’s Boy” across his left pec.

He also has a rose on his right side – while the words “Made In England” along his foot put paid to the long-held belief he was conceived in the New York district he is named after.

BIRDS

Dad David has the names of all his children on his body, and wife Victoria’s name in Sanskrit.

Last month he showed off his fourth this year, birds flying up his neck.

Becks, GQ’s Most Stylish Man of the Year in 2013, said: “No one wants to fail, but it happens. It’s how you deal with that.

“I’ve never changed my look or style for attention. I do it because I want to grow my hair, or cut it off, or I want to shave or I don’t – or I want a new tattoo.

“I never try to be someone else or do something different for any other reason than I enjoy it.”

Brooklyn’s girlfriend Chloe Moretz, 20, will join stars taking over BBC Radio 1 from 10am to 4pm on Christmas Day. SUPPORT has poured in for an animal activist who rescued and safely rehomed nine British greyhounds facing slaughter in China.

Campaigner Kerry Elliman has been overwhelmed by backing from kind-hearted readers since we highlighted the dogs’ plight last week.

Her charity Birmingham Greyhound Protection has received Inkings he has had since 18th birthday: Cupid on chest Native American in headdress on arm Mama’s Boy on chest Rose on right side Camera on left bicep ‘Click’ on shutter finger ‘Made In England’ on foot Eagle design on hand ‘Pure energy’ on finger £3,000 in donations and been inundated with offers of new homes.

Kerry, who went 5,000 miles to Beijing to bring the animals home, said: “The response has been fantastic. We just need to keep going and keep the pressure on.”

She is also urging readers to sign a petition to ban the export of British greyhounds. It was created by CAGED, the Campaign Against Becks – thought to have 50 tattoos – showed off his latest inking of fying birds on his neck last month. His go-to tattoo artist is Mark Mahoney at the Shamrock Social Club in Hollywood. Greyhound Exploitation and Death, via change.org and has already attracted over 30,000 signatures.

Jacqui Honeyman, 39, who has adopted a mistreated dog called Hope at her home in Glasgow, said: “I want people to see the happy ending abused dogs can have.”

The campaign has also won the support of The Only Way Is Essex star Pete Wicks, who travelled to South Korea to save 170 dogs from a meat farm. Pete. 29, said: “What Kerry is doing is unbelievable.”

Simon Banks of the Great British Greyhound Board confirmed dog exports are under investigation.

To sign the petition search “Caged Nationwide” on change.org.
