Trump porn star facing £14m bill
A PORN star claiming to have had an affair with the US President is facing a £14million damages bill.
Lawyers for Donald Trump are seeking the sum saying Stormy Daniels has breached a £93,000 gagging order 20 times.
The president’s lawyer, Michael Cohen said he paid her before the 2016 US election to stay silent.
The actress said she and Mr Trump started an affair, lasting several months, in 2006. He “vehemently denies” the alleged affair.
Ms Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti has filed a suit to scrap the nondisclosure agreement.
He called the latest move against the 39-yearold actress “yet another bullying tactic”.
There is also a bid to move the case from state to federal court which he said was to try and hide “the truth from the public.”
