Police seek 3 witnesses to rapper killing

- BY KAREN ROCKETT

DETECTIVES probing the gun murder of a rapper want to speak to three possible witnesses.

They have arrested five people over the killing of Miguel Reynolds, 21.

Police think it is linked to a nearby shooting, also with a handgun, earlier the same evening.

The victim, of Manchester, died in hospital after he was shot on a street in Netherton, Merseyside, at 8pm on June 7.

Det Ch Insp Ian Warlow said: “We are pursuing several positive lines of inquiry. Searches are being conducted but we are appealing for help from the community.

“We are keen to trace three people, in the area as the non-injury street shooting happened, who may have seen those involved.”

Rachael had three kids with Paul Edwards and even changed her surname to his by deed poll to celebrate their 12-year relationship.

But the shaven-headed love rat repaid her after he was freed from prison by copping off with the pretty parole officer, who was meant to help him find a job.

Rachael, 40, said: “It shattered my world into a thousand pieces. She was supposed to help Paul, not sleep with him.”

The trainee hairdresser was waiting for 38-year-old Paul when he was released after a six-month sentence for dangerous driving.

But she became suspicious when he changed suddenly – growing out his trademark skinhead haircut, staying out all night claiming he was gambling and insisting he was too tired for sex.

She turned detective and found that he had declared his undying love for the woman in her thirties – who he had told he was single.

Rachael said: “I knew he was cheating as he’d gone off sex and we’d always been very active in that department before.
