Even worse than cricket

It’s such a shame summer has been spoiled.

If it weren’t for the pandemic, I would currently be at a cricket ground, enjoying the delightful calm of being huddled under a tea bar with rain dripping into a sandwich, waiting for an announcement that the umpires have called off play until the middle of September.
