Pep Euro promises

PEP GUARDIOLA has been given assurances by his Manchester City bosses that they WILL have their Champions League ban overturned.

City will discover their fate on July 13 when the Court of Arbitration for Sport announces whether the club’s appeal against a two-year Euro ban and £25million fine has been successful.

Guardiola (above) said: “With CAS, we are ready – and I have a lot of confidence and trust in people that we will be allowed in the Champions League next year.

“All the workers here, the players, the staff, the whole club can then continue growing over the next few years.”
