This is a good week to think about buying…
We know that several kids’ items are at their cheapest around now when we look at the average price across the year.
This might be a good time to think about buying fancy dress costumes and toy cars – good if you’ve got kids at home to keep entertained all the time.
With lockdown restrictions continuing to ease across the UK, we are all starting to think about what we are going to do with our summer holiday plans this year.
For many of us, we’re planning a staycation, or perhaps a trip to stay with family and friends further from home as soon as that is allowed. An item that might come in handy for these kinds of trips if you have young kids is a travel cot.
Savvy parents will be glad to hear that now is the best time to buy a travel cot.
This week, Idealo reckons UK consumers will be buying… Outdoor sports equipment
Since Boris hasn’t announced when gyms and indoor sports facilities will be allowed to reopen like many other places, people will be keen to get their sport and exercise fix elsewhere.
With uncertainty about when we’ll all be able to return to the pool, fitness studio and yoga class, we think that we’ll see people investing in items such as tennis racquets, badminton sets and even home gym equipment including treadmills and cross trainers.
Pools & water toys
Summer has well and truly arrived so we’re certain there will be a rush to buy paddling pools and water slides for the garden in an attempt to keep cool. Good job paddling pools have dipped in price this week!
