Superman star Henry Cavill loves playing The Witcher because he’s not a goody-two-shoes superhero like Clark Kent’s alter ego.
Chatting at Netflix’s Season 2 premiere, hunky Henry tells me: “He isn’t your typical hero, which makes him a really interesting character to play.
“Even if you think the old-fashioned heroes are boring, you can fall in love with heroes again because the Witcher is complicated.
“He will kill you if he needs to.”
The Witcher 2 is expected to break records when it’s released on December 17.
Hits Radio Breakfast host Fleur East was devastated when her Saturday night game show, The Void, was axed by ITV.
Fleur, who presented the flop alongside Ashley Banjo, admits: “I am still gutted. We both loved it and thought it was a really good format.
“Even though it didn’t work out I learned so much from it and have gained in confidence so now I am like, ‘Bring on the next opportunity’.”
The former X runner-up is already filling the void.
Fleur said:
“I’ll be writing and recording in the New
Year. Music is my number one love.”
