- By ANDREW PENMAN at the Cardiff City Stadium

BLADES boss Paul Heckingbottom hailed Morgan Gibbs-White for orchestrating Sheffield United’s thrilling fightback to beat 10-man Cardiff.

The former Swansea man – on loan from Wolves – ran rings around the Bluebirds on his return to south Wales.

He curled in a stunning equaliser on 61 minutes to cancel out Mark Harris’ first-half opener then set up Billy Sharp and David McGoldrick to complete the comeback 15 minutes from time.

Mark McGuinness’ lastminute header was only a consolation for the hosts as Heckingbottom made it two wins from two as Blades boss.

There was no doubt Gibbs-White was the star of the show following Sean Morrison’s red card for chopping down Sharp seven minutes after the the ball and the type of restart goals we scored.”
